On Saturday and Sunday, approximately 40 students acted as volunteers during the large Ironman event held at the Regatta Centre and surrounding streets.
This is an event we have assisted over the past few years. I received an email today from one of the organisers of the event commending our students.

“We have been getting some amazing feedback on Facebook from the athletes regarding volunteers and there was a special mention for your aid station (I’ve attached a screenshot). You can have a look at all of the comments here. Your students are incredibly polite and got the job done without question or hesitation, they are great representatives of the college and we are really happy to have St Dom’s on board year on year”
Thank you to the boys who helped out and were great role models within our community.
