On Thursday 6th December, the College celebrated the final day for students culminating with the Annual Awards Evening.
College Awards included:
Principal’s Award for Academic Excellence
Awarded to students in Years 7 to 9 who achieved an Academic Award for five or more of their subjects studied throughout the year.
Awarded to students in Years 10 and 11 who achieved a Grade “A” for three or more of their subjects studied throughout the year.
Academic Award
Awarded to students in Years 7 to 9 who have achieved a Grade “A” as their final academic grade.
Awarded to students in Years 10 and 11 for First in Course.
Academic Commitment Award
Awarded to students who have excelled throughout the year in their Diligence and
Sustained Effort scores.
Academic Improvement Award
Awarded to students who have demonstrated significant improvement in their Diligence and Sustained Effort scores throughout the year.
St Dominic Savio Award for Social Justice
Awarded to students who have completed more than 25 hours of service throughout the year.
Blessed Edmund Rice Award for Outstanding Service to Others
Awarded to students who have completed more than 50 hours of
service throughout the year.
Waterford Award for Service to the Community
Awarded to students who have completed more than 100 hours of
service throughout the year.
Highest House Points Award for 2018
Awarded to the student who has accumulated the highest number of House points for their year group across all domains of the Br Jeff Regan House Cup.
