On Thursday 29th August , 30 St Dominic’s Students from Years 9-12 travelled to Perisher for the annual College ski trip.

Three absolutely fantastic days greeted the boys this year, with 100% of the ski resort being open for business. The boys thoroughly enjoyed themselves and thrived on the tremendous conditions. Despite being exhausted and a little weary, there were no injuries or concerns to speak of.

The boys stayed at the Alpine Adventist Village in Jindabyne which catered to our needs in terms of accommodation and food perfectly. The boys expanded their friendship groups and developed a new understanding of team work and cooperation.

The trip was an amazingly enjoyable and successful experience. I would personally like to thank all of the boys for their excellent attitude and enthusiasm over the three days. I hope they all return for another adventure next year.

Thank you also must go to Mrs Birkett and Mr Nguyen who assisted in the organisation and daily running of the trip. The boys really valued their contribution and assistance throughout.

I cant wait to start planning Ski Trip 2020
