Utilising the coaching philosophy and methodology of Manchester City, the Manchester City Football School provides authentic and creative football coaching programmes for St Dominic’s College students.

Years 7, 8, 9 and 10 2026

In 2024, St Dominic’s College launched the Manchester City Football School.

The Manchester City Football School provides authentic and creative football coaching programs for students, utilising the coaching philosophy and methodology of Manchester City. We are one of only two schools in NSW and one of five in the country to offer this exceptional program.

St Dominic’s College Football School runs an elite football program, based at the College, delivered by our dedicated Manchester City Coaching Team, utilising our expansive fields, with Pitch 3 being dedicated to the Program.

The Manchester City Play Model has been applied within our students’ curriculum football programs and our St Dominic’s College Football Teams, where students learn how to play the Manchester City way.

YEAR 7, 2026 MANCHESTER CITY FOOTBALL SCHOOL TRIALS

To be eligible to trial for the Manchester City Football School, you are required to complete the online Enrolment Application first.

Students will be invited to one of the trial dates listed below and parents will be notified via email of their son’s allocated trial date by Tuesday, 29 April 2025.

Trials for the Manchester City Football School 2026 for Year 7, will be held on the following dates:

Saturday, 3rd May 2025 3:00 pm – 4:30 pm
Saturday, 10th May 2025 3:00 pm – 4:30 pm

What to Wear/Bring
Please wear plain sports attire with no visible branding and bring water. Shin pads and football boots are mandatory. Students will not be permitted on the pitch without shin pads.
