One of the great traditions of the Australian Catholic School is the Senior Retreat. This Retreat is often the fondest memory of spirituality for many Catholic school students and is an opportunity for spiritual development at a time when all manner of issues may be occurring in regard to further study, employment and the future.
Due to the number of students in the Year 11 Class of 2019, the Retreat was located at two venues. The first being held at Marist Retreat Centre in Mittagong with the second being held at Benedict Retreat XVI Centre in Grose Vale.
Students shared their stories and life with each other, taking the gospel to heart, that to love God you have to love your neighbour starting with family, friends and those in your Homeroom.
