STUDENT HP LAPTOP – BYOD DEVICE
HP has worked with St Dominic’s College for the last six years on their BYOD Program. With the learnings, you are required to purchase your son’s device via the HP Sales Portal, this provides you with a device that is under warranty and insured and all serviced onsite at the College in accordance with HP Service Level Agreement. COMPASS
The Compass Parent Portal is an online portal that allows you to access up-to-date information about our College and your child’s progress.
The portal is accessible via the web and also via the Compass School Manager App (available for download via the App store on your device).
Please note that our Student Learning Management System, Canvas remains in place for student and staff access and learning.

APPLY FOR A SCHOOL TRAVEL PASS OR OPAL CARD
If your child lives more than 2.0 kilometres straight line distance or at least 2.9 kilometres walking distance from the College, they will require an Opal Card for public transport.
If your child already has a School Opal Card, you will need to update for the new school year before the end of 2024.
Travel Pass and Opal Card applications are now open for 2025. Please ensure you have completed your applications prior to the end of Term 4.

NSW SCHOOL VACCINATION PROGRAM 2025
Each year NSW Health works in partnership with schools to offer the vaccines recommended by the National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) for adolescents as part of the school vaccination program. Information regarding the NSW School Vaccination Program for Year 10 students will be shared in Term 1.
