St Dominic’s College held its Years 7 and 10 Semester 1 Academic Assembly on Monday, 3 August.
Due to social distancing rules, the College held separate assemblies for both year groups.
It was an opportunity to acknowledge and celebrate the academic achievements of Year 7 and 10 students for their Semester 1 performances. Now, more than ever, our students are to be commended on their outstanding results in such challenging and uncertain times.
The categories for Year 7 Awards are as follows:
- Academic Certificate – receiving an ‘A’ Grade
- Academic Commitment – receiving 95% or above for Diligence and Sustained Effort (DSE)
- Academic Improvement – improvement in DSE throughout Semester 1
- Principal’s Award – receiving an ‘A’ Grade in 5 subjects or more.

- Academic Certificate – First in Course
- Academic Commitment – receiving 95% or above for Diligence and Sustained Effort (DSE)

- Principal’s Award – receiving an ‘A’ Grade in 3 subjects or more.
