Both our MCS Cricket and Basketball seasons have now commenced. I would like to take this opportunity to wish both staff and students the very best of luck in their competitions. As a school community we have been fortunate to have considerable past success in our MCS Summer competitions; mostly as a result of students’ dedication and commitment to training. I am sure under the guidance of our outstanding coaching staff and the vast talent of players, that we will see similar results in the 2018/19 Season.
A reminder that it is an expectation that students are in the correct playing attire for the sport in which they are representing the College. Students playing MCS Cricket are expected to wear ‘whites’ when participating in a match.
Competition draws are available on the MCS website.
The Berg Shield and Downie Trophy draws have now been released from NSWCCC. Results will be regularly updated throughout the course of the season. Match scheduling for Berg Shield and Downie Trophy will not be expressed on the draws as these dates are negotiated by the competing schools.
These can be accessed on the NSWCCC website.

Congratulations to our recipients of the Year 12 Major Sporting Awards. The process of selecting individuals for these awards is certainly not an easy task. Thank you to the Class of 2018 for the contribution that each of you have made to the sporting life of the College across the past six years.
