Our Year 12 Hospitality and Food Tech students had the unique opportunity to enhance their understanding of the culinary industry by visiting the bustling Sydney Tower Restaurant.
Stepping into a professional restaurant kitchen allowed students to witness first-hand how a busy kitchen operates from kitchen to table. Students observed the fast-paced environment, teamwork, and intricate coordination required to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
