Dear Parents, Carers, Staff and Students,
I can hardly believe that I have been a part of this wonderful community for a full term, and we are now preparing for school holidays. Term 3 has been filled with events, assessments, experiences and great achievements.
From Father’s Day, the Trial HSC, Rivalry Week and Dommies Day, Graduation to new College initiatives such Meet the Industry, I feel incredibly privileged to have been a part of and share in all that Term 3 has had to offer.
As we farewell our Graduating Class of 2025, I wish them every success in their upcoming HSC examinations. A truly resilient Cohort, who were faced with COVID lockdown in their first year of High School. Year 12 have proven that their determination to succeed in and out of the classroom is to be admired.
Year 12, this is your time to focus and prepare – your teachers and College staff are here to support you throughout the next two months. You are not on this journey alone.
As one door closes, another opens, and I am excited to announce our College Captains for 2026.
Please join me in congratulating Oscar Zamprogno who has been appointed College Captain and Hayden Gill, who will serve as Vice Captain.
Their vision is to represent our students with a strong sense of inclusivity, respect, and service, while striving to be agents of change within our community. With dedication and enthusiasm, they look forward to guiding their peers and leaving a lasting legacy of leadership and growth.
I look forward to presenting our 2026 Prefects and their portfolios at the commencement of Term 4.
Term 4 promises to be an incredibly busy and significant time in the College calendar, with the finalisation of assessments, the commencement of HSC examinations, and a range of important College events and celebrations. It is a term that brings both challenge and opportunity, as students consolidate their learning and prepare to conclude the academic year with focus and determination.
Finally, my sincere thanks to our staff for their dedication in making Term 3 such a success. From our maintenance and support staff to our outstanding teachers and Pastoral staff, your commitment, care, and hard work have been greatly appreciated.
