Due to the circumstances brought about by Covid-19, St. Dominic’s College has made the difficult decision to cancel the Vinnies Winter Sleepout for 2020. We understand that this is an important event on our Social Justice Calendar and therefore, in lieu of this, we are launching the Bring-A-Blanket Winter Warmth Appeal to provide awareness of the plight of people living rough in our community this Winter.
The Bring-A-Blanket Appeal asks that students in Year 7-11 each bring in a new (or like new) blanket which will be collected in Homeroom each morning and then distributed to those in need in our wider community.
