Year 7 have been learning about the different types of cells and their structures. Based on this, they were given the challenge of building a cell model of their choice using a variety of materials. Students were engaged with group work and communicating scientifically.
By the end of the activity, they had the opportunity to present their cell and evaluate their models by commenting on any improvements they can make.
