Years 10, 11, and 12 recently attended the Sydney Writer’s Festival, held at Sydney Town Hall.

The Sydney Writers’ Festival brings together a broad and engaged community around the sharing of books, writing and ideas.

Designed to inspire the next generation of readers and storytellers, Sydney Writers’ Festival is a unique opportunity for students to be inspired and challenged by some of the most exciting literary talents in Australia and the world.

Students listened to a series of talks and Q&A’s with Australian and International authors on various aspects of writing. Students made the most of the opportunity to engage with peers from other Sydney and International schools as well as the authors and speakers.

We thank Ms Quinlivan, Mr Magee and Ms McSweeney for providing this wonderful opportunity to our students.
