What do employers want?

Many employers often tell me that they appreciate students who are hardworking and reliable. I often encourage our students to think beyond their technical skills and focus on their employability and soft skills. Skills such as the ability to work in a team, problem solving, communication and adaptability are all important in being a successful employee into the future.
