STAFFING UPDATE – END OF TERM 2
As we approach the end of Semester One, students have been diligently completing assessments, staff have been extremely busy with marking assessment tasks and providing feedback for students. With this being such a busy time any variation to the daily routine is heightened by the stress and anxiety some students have around their classes and learning. The College attempts to minimise the number of internal changes with teaching loads and will always try to provide consistency for the students however, this is not always possible due to unforeseen circumstances due to changes in routines and of course general illnesses within our community.
There are a couple of significant changes to our teaching staff for Semester Two.

Ms Pritchett has accepted a position at Bede Polding College, Windsor. We wish Ms Pritchett every success in her new role and for the future after ten years of service to the College community.

Miss Kennett has resigned from her position teaching Visual Arts and TAS for Semester 2. Miss Kennett will be continuing her training, returning to her studies and completing her Professional Experience placement throughout the remainder of the year and we wish her every success.
- Mr Churchill will be on leave for the final week of Term 2, touring as Coach of the NSWCCC U15 Rugby League team at the Australian Championships in Queensland.
SEMESTER TWO EMPLOYMENT UPDATES
Currently we are in the process of replacing the staff who are leaving, not only teaching roles but who are vacating leadership positions. Whilst some of these are external appointments, being specialist positions, others are internal promotional positions. We are extremely pleased with the applications received and as these positions are filled, communication will follow. The positions currently being processed and we are hopeful of announcing these appointments in the coming weeks before Term 3:

Year 9 Pastoral Coordinator
The following changes to our timetabled teaching staff for the commencement of Term 3 are as follows:

Mrs Edwards is on leave for the first three weeks of Term 3, Mr Margerison will be taking her classes.

Miss Lister will take on the Acting Science KLA Coordinators role in Mrs Edwards absence.
