YEAR 9/10 CRICKET PDSSSC CHAMPIONS
A great win by our 9/10 Cricket Team in their final against St Greg’s.
St Dom’s batted first after losing the toss and scored a very competitive 10/105 off our 20 overs. Campbell played a great Captains knock of 37 holding the innings together while Coby scored a quick fire 25 including two sixes at the end.
After dismissing St Greg’s best bat relatively early, we were never really threated in the run chase. St Greg’s finished 8-73.
A-GRADE RUNNERS UP PDSSSC CRICKET
A-Grade cricket put up a great fight against St Gregory’s – one of the best cricket sides in the state in the PDSSSC Grand Final.
We bowled and fielded very well to restrict St Greg’s to 105 on their home ground. Unfortunately our batting innings just couldn’t get going and we lost wickets regularly to finish our 20 overs with 68. The boys can be very proud of their efforts against a tough opponent.
