Afternoon Pick up

There have been an increased number of complaints from the neighbours around the College. A large number of cars are parked in no parking zones, the bus zone and across peoples’ driveways.  Please be mindful of where you are parked waiting for your son(s) of an afternoon. Please respect the neighbours and signs to ensure the safety of all in the area.

Hungry Jacks and the Plaza

I regularly remind the boys about their behaviour in public, “what one person does, reflects on all of us”. Ideally students would refrain from attending these venues but if they need to be there, they need to behave and be respectful. Please support the good reputation of the College.

Year 12 HSC Trial Exams

With the Trial HSC examinations beginning in Week 3 of Term 3, I know, or at least am hopeful, that all of our Year 12 students will be spending holiday time in final preparation for these. While preparation is important, it is also just as important to have a break. I encourage all Year 12 students to take time for themselves, have a balanced holiday period where they mix revision work and study with time to relax and time with family and friends. This balance will ensure the very best of preparation.

Conclusion of Term 2

Term 2 has been an incredibly busy term for staff and students. To our students, thank you for the contribution you make to our school. Each of you enriches our school and I am fortunate to be apart of such a vibrant community. To our staff, both teaching and non-teaching, thank you for the enormous energy, effort and enthusiasm that you bring each day. Your commitment to ensuring that the students have every chance to excel is very much appreciated.

My very best wishes for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. I hope all students get a chance to recharge their batteries in preparation for another busy term ahead.

We look forward to the return of all students on Tuesday, 18th July.

Kind regards,

Mr Adam Rafferty

Deputy Principal
